I have also dealt with all manner of problems and difficulties over the years. I am not just offering a typing service but a whole range of skills to support your business
How do I know you are trustworthy?
With any new relationship, care should always be taken on both sides. So you have to try with one job or project and go from there.
What are your payment terms?
Trust is a two-way deal so when I first work with a new customer, I do ask for an initial deposit. Once the business relationship is established this will no longer be necessary.
I invoice on job completion and my terms are payment 14 days from date of invoice. If it is on-going work, I will invoice monthly with the same payment terms
What about confidentiality?
All of your data and any knowledge about the company is kept with the utmost privacy and confidentiality.
